Return Policy:
Items shipped by FancyValves.com may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 25% restocking charge for all items that are returned not due to a manufacturing defect. All returns must be complete and in the original manufacturers packaging. To return an item you must contact us at Fancyvalves@RDFinanceinc.com and request a "Return Authorization" within the 30 days. Failure to request a "Return Authorization" may result in refusal of the item. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. For items sold through our site on behalf of another seller you must follow their specific return policy, Fancyvalves.com will not honor another sellers return policy. Your packing slip will indicate the specific return policy for the item you purchase and where you need to send your return. Shipping Policy:
Thank you for visiting our site. We proudly use UPS and Federal Express for all our shipping. We are very sensitive to keeping your cost low by using standard ground shipping. Please note that most of our suppliers build your faucet to order and therefore will not accept rush shipping orders. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you require expedited shipping an additional charge of $15.00 will be assessed. International shipping is available but requires an additional 10 business days to process your order. Domestic shipping requires up to an additional 5 business days to process your order. Please note that some products are special order and may require additional time. See product description for additional information. Notice to our California and Vermont Customers. Fancyvalves will not ship any faucet used for drinking water including Vessel, Kitchen, Lavatory, Basin, or Bar that is not AB1953 Compliant. Please check the item Description for "AB1953 Compliant" before you purchase the item. This does not include showers or Tub fillers.
